The first 30 miles today were flat and were a bit of an antidote for yesterday. Just had a fantastic picnic lunch withTricia. More later . .

I don't know - here I am, blood hardly getting to the end of my (at the best of times) clumsy fingers, trying to type on keys the size of an angel on a pinhead.. and just when I've given my blog editor the day off to do some proper work the proof readers come out in force;-)

I think there's a dot missing in the cumulative distance - even a Moulton powered by Simon Berry can't go that far in less than 24hrs!!!
