Experts Online is a panel of online mentors, already shared by over 20 Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise networks, including UK online centres, Community Action Network, ruralnet|online and many others. It is managed on a non-profit basis by RNUK Ltd, for the benefit of participants, and any surplus is gifted to charity ruralnet|uk. VCOs who enrol on the net:gain programme will have free access to Experts Online, to help develop their ICT plans and further their understanding of how ICT might be appropriately and effectively used in their organisation.
