It's been a while since I found myself in the middle of doing something that I wished I had never started. A sure sign that it's time for the next challenge!
We need more money at ruralnet|uk so that we can support volunteers in rural communities and help them have a bigger impact. So we are setting up the 'Participation Fund' which will enable volunteers to participate in our annual conference and get access to our online services like 'Experts Online' and this ride will pump-prime this fund.
And . . . . I am 50 in June and I want to do the John O'Groats to Land's End ride before I die!
