Due to popular demand the Experts Online service, available to all Networks Online users, has been expanded to cover 'Employment Issues'. The resident expert in this area is Roger Shipton who has been involved in the human resources and organisation change field throughout his career. His roles in these fields have included executive director, trustee (charity equivalent to Non-Executive Director), interim manager and consultant. In addition he has had operational managerial roles, including that of MD, which have enabled him to see the people issues from a different perspective. He has worked for many sectors, in the UK and overseas, from small organisations to blue chip multinationals.
